Job Duties Include:
Maintain Property Grounds - i.e. Pick Up Litter Daily, Empty Common Trash Cans
Maintain Landscaping - i.e. Weeding, Branch Trimming (Not Mowing)
Maintain Exteriors - i.e. Pressure Washing, Cleaning Gutters, Vacuum AC Lines
Misc. Labor - i.e. Digging, Demo Flooring & Cabinets, Loading & Unloading
Light Maintenance - i.e. Changing AC Filters and Bulbs, Punch Work, Screen Repair
Assist Housekeeper as Needed - i.e. Painting, Cleaning, Trash/Furniture Removal

Job Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of Grounds Keeping or Landscaping Experience
and at least 1 year Handyman or Maintenance (Non-Janitorial) Experience
Must be physically able to work in high temperatures, outdoors, on feet for long periods,
lift 80+ pounds and perform actions that require repetitive bending, stooping, lifting, etc.
Must Have Reliable Vehicle (Tow Hitch is a Plus) & Be Punctual to Work
Must Have A Cell Phone w/ Texting Capabilities & Consistent Service
Hours, Pay and Employment Information:
25-40 Hours Per Week (Flexible within normal business hours)
$11-$14 Per Hour, Depending on Skills, Experience and Availability (Paid Monthly)
Possible Benefits Including Paid Time Off And Bonus Opportunities

immediately.

Job Duties:
- Misc. Groundswork-Weeding, Cleaning Gutters, Trimming Branches, Picking up Trash
- Pressure Washing Fences & Buildings
- Assist Housekeeper w/ Cleaning & Painting
- Demo Flooring or Cabinets
- Light Maintenance (changing light bulbs, smoke detectors, etc.)

Job Requirements:
- Must be physically able to work in high temperatures, outdoors, on feet for long periods, able to lift
80+ pounds and perform actions that require repetitive bending, stooping, lifting, etc.
